The bees

Bees eat pollen and nectar.
They use the first one basically as food for their larvae, and the second one as energetic material. The most popular specie is the common bee, a social insect which live in communities formed by three classes of individuals: the queen, the working bees and the drones.

However, most of them are solitaries, so they don’t create communities.
Bees transmit the pollen from one flower to another.
This is very important for the reproduction of plants.

It is said that without bees, the humans would be extinguish in for years.
It is believed that exist near thirty thousand types of species, although we just know twenty thousand.
Humans use bees to obtain honey and wax.

The Monkeys

In this post I am going to tell you  about the monkeys, specially the chimpanzees. I went to the zoo last week and I saw a lot of monkeys.I liked them very much because they look like humans.

Most monkeys live in tropical regions in the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
Usually monkeys eat bananas, fruits and little insects.
The average life expectentancy of the chimpanzees is 53 years old.
They are very intelligent and they build their own tools.
The female take very good care of their babies, as you can see in this video I recorded in the zoo.

THE SHARK

Shark skeletons are very different from those of bony fish and terrestrial vertebrates. Sharks and other cartilaginous fish

Some sharks, if inverted or stroked on the nose, enter a natural state of tonic immobility. Researchers use this condition to handle sharks safely.

Shark eyes are similar to the eyes of other vertebrates

Sharks have keen olfactory senses, located in the short duct (which is not fused, unlike bony fish) between the anterior and posterior nasal openings, with some species able to detect as little as one part per million of blood in seawater.

Well-known species such as the great white shark, tiger shark, blue shark, mako shark, and the hammerhead shark are apex predators—organisms at the top of their underwater food chain.

SPECIAL 2100 VISITORS MEXICO

The golden eagle

These birds are dark brown, with lighter golden-brown plumage on their heads and necks.
Golden Eagles have been used in falconry since the Middle Ages. In Asia, they were used in teams to hunt such animals as deer, antelope and wolves, while their use was reserved for Emperors in Europe.

The Golden Eagle is the most common national animal in the world, with five nations—Albania, Germany, Austria, Mexico and Kazakhstan—making it the national animal.

The eagle is a sacred bird in some cultures and its feathers are central to many religious and spiritual customs, especially among some Native Americans in the United States and First Nations in Canada, as well as among many of the peoples of Meso-America.

J.R.R. Tolkien used an image of an immature Golden Eagle from T. A. Coward's 1919 work The Birds of the British Isles and Their Eggs for an illustration depicting Bilbo awaking next to Gwaihir.
